2. Booking and Payment

• We accept payments via bank transfers, mobile money, and credit/debit cards.
• Certain services require a non-refundable deposit to secure booking.
• Full payment must be received by the due date specified in your booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services.

• Let's Travel and Tour does not issue visas, passports, or other official documents.
• We provide assistance with applications and submissions to relevant authorities.
• Our fees include both official government fees and our service charge.
• Approval of visas and documents is solely at the discretion of the issuing authorities.
• We do not guarantee approval of any application.
• Processing times are estimates only and may vary.

5. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
• Let's Travel and Tour is not an insurance provider but can assist in arranging coverage.
• Insurance policies are contracts between the traveler and the insurance company.
• It is the traveler's responsibility to read and understand the insurance policy terms.

6. Traveler Responsibilities

• Ensure all travel documents (passports, visas, health certificates) are valid and meet destination requirements.
• Provide accurate and complete information for all bookings and applications.
• Comply with all laws, regulations, and requirements of travel destinations.
• Check and confirm travel details, including dates, times, and accommodations prior to travel.
• Arrive at departure points with sufficient time for check-in and security procedures.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Let's Travel and Tour acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers.
• We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by factors outside our control.
• This includes but is not limited to: natural disasters, political unrest, airline schedule changes, denial of visa applications, or accommodation issues.
• Our liability, if established, is limited to the cost of the services provided by Let's Travel and Tour.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• We collect personal information necessary to fulfill requested services.
• Your information may be shared with relevant travel service providers as required.
• We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data.
